Dr. Hudkins has been in private practice as an Ear, Nose and Throat Specialists in Tulsa, Oklahoma since 1997. He attended the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine where a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree was awarded in 1992. Additional training included an Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery internship and residency at Rush-Presbyterian-St Luke's Medical Center from 1993-1997.

Dr. Hudkins is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, American Auditory Society, American College of Surgeons (candidate group), American Academy of Otolaryngology Allergy, Chicago Laryngological, Otological Society and American Osteopathic Association.

Dr. Hudkins' hobbies include snow skiing, tennis, golf, travel and history of medicine, political economy, philosophy of science. He resides in Tulsa with his wife and three beautiful children.
